WOD:

6 Strict L Pull ups
8 Heavy DB Lunges
12 Ring Dips
Sprint 100m

AMRAP in 15 min.


MODIFICATIONS:

Pull-ups modified to - jump up to chin over bar, hold and lower as slowly as possible.

30lb DB used for the lunges

Ring Dips on the boxes

100m sprint

4 rounds - 1/4 of the sprint
